La Rinconada Town Hall, through its departments, areas, and delegations, hereinafter referred to as executing units, will be the only possible beneficiaries of this Call for Expressions of Interest.

The executing units submitting Expressions of Interest must demonstrate sufficient administrative, financial, and operational capacity to fulfil the obligations established in this Call for Expressions of Interest.
